Spain
This is our main market and where most of our clients are. We know first-hand how Spanish small businesses buy, what the tax authority demands of them and who they compete against on Google.
Applicable rules: VeriFactu (Royal Decree 1007/2023) and the mandatory business-to-business e-invoicing introduced by the Crea y Crece Act.
Colombia
We work with companies in Bogotá and Medellín in the same language and on compatible hours, so meetings land comfortably in their morning.
Applicable rules: DIAN electronic invoicing, which determines which system can issue invoices and how it integrates with the store or the ERP.
Mexico
The largest Spanish-speaking local market. Search works by neighbourhood rather than by city, because crossing Mexico City can take an hour, and that changes the whole approach to ranking.
Applicable rules: the SAT's digital tax receipts (CFDI), which set how each invoice must be issued and stamped.
United States
We work with Hispanic businesses serving customers in both Spanish and English, often the same customers depending on the moment. This is the market where a bilingual site stops being an extra and becomes the starting point.
What changes: two versions of the site with their own addresses and hreflang tags, accessibility following WCAG 2.1 AA, and payments in dollars.
