Marketing and sales working from the same data, in real time.
We sync HubSpot and Salesforce to measure: contacts, companies, deals and sales activity stay consistent across both systems, with no duplicates, no conflicting overwrites, and without either team having to change tool.
- ✓Clear rules on which system governs each field, with no sync loops.
- ✓Goes beyond the native connector: your own business logic and custom fields.
- ✓Marketing activity visible to sales, without switching screen.
- ✓Synchronisation in seconds via webhooks, not overnight batch jobs.
If marketing and sales use different CRMs, this will sound familiar:
A qualified lead that never reaches sales
Marketing generates a qualified lead in HubSpot, but nobody moves it into Salesforce in time — it goes cold before sales ever calls.
Two different versions of the same customer
The contact's phone, job title or company differs between systems because each team updates their own, with nothing reflected in the other.
The salesperson does not know what content the lead consumed
Sales calls a lead without knowing which pages they visited, which webinar they watched or which email they opened — information that exists, but only in HubSpot.
Two reports that do not reconcile with each other
Management receives a marketing report (HubSpot) and a sales report (Salesforce) with different lead and conversion figures, and no single source of truth.
One customer record, visible in both systems.
We design the synchronisation rules around your real marketing-to-sales process: which fields sync, which system governs each one, and which events trigger an immediate update.
Automatic lead handover
A lead reaching the score or stage defined in HubSpot is automatically created as an opportunity in Salesforce.
Conflict resolution rules
We define, field by field, which system is the source of truth, preventing accidental overwrites between teams.
Marketing context in Salesforce
Relevant activity (emails opened, pages visited, campaigns) visible directly on the lead record for the salesperson.
Deal status in HubSpot
Marketing sees in real time whether a lead became a customer, so it can adjust nurture campaigns or exclude them from acquisition sequences.
Contact deduplication
We detect and merge duplicate contacts across systems using matching rules (email, phone, company domain).
Unified reporting
With consistent data in both systems, marketing and sales reports start from the same figures.
HubSpot–Salesforce integrations we have already built
Lead routing with HubSpot scoring
When a lead passes the scoring threshold in HubSpot, it is created automatically in Salesforce and assigned to the right salesperson by territory or account.
Two-way synchronisation of key accounts
Companies and contacts on strategic accounts stay identical across both systems, with specific field rules for sensitive billing data.
Deal closed → post-sale nurturing
When Salesforce marks a deal as "won", HubSpot automatically removes it from sales sequences and enrols it in the onboarding flow.
Initial clean-up and deduplication
Before switching on continuous synchronisation, we clean and merge duplicates in both systems, so we start from a consistent database.
From the first call to live synchronisation
Free assessment
We review how each team uses its CRM today, which fields are critical, and where data conflicts are already appearing.
Designing the field mapping and rules
We define which fields sync, in which direction, and which system prevails in a conflict — documented before anything is coded.
Initial duplicate clean-up
Where needed, we merge duplicate contacts and companies before switching on continuous synchronisation.
Building the integration
We build the synchronisation through both systems' APIs and webhooks, with business logic that goes beyond the native connector.
Testing on a subset of data
We validate the behaviour on a small group of contacts before activating it across the whole database.
Deployment and monitoring
We activate full synchronisation with alerts for errors or unresolved conflicts.
Syncing your CRMs is only the first step.
CRM / ERP integration
Synchronisation with your management system, with no double manual entry.
AI lead qualification
AI agents that qualify before handing over to sales.
Stripe + CRM integration
Payments and invoicing synced with your CRM in real time.

Common questions about HubSpot–Salesforce synchronisation
The most common case is that marketing works in HubSpot (landing pages, email, forms) and sales works in Salesforce (pipeline, forecast, reporting), and neither team wants to change tool. Syncing them stops each team working from different data about the same customer.
We define clear rules about which system is the source of truth for each field (for example, Salesforce governs deal status, HubSpot governs marketing behaviour) to avoid conflicting overwrites or sync loops.
It depends on your sales process, but the usual scope is contacts, companies, deals/opportunities and pipeline status. We can also sync marketing activity (email opens, site visits) into Salesforce as context for sales.
A native connector exists, but it is designed for standard mappings and does not handle specific business logic well (your own scoring rules, complex custom fields, or conditional synchronisation). We build the integration bespoke when the native connector falls short of your real process.
With a webhook-based integration, synchronisation happens within seconds. If we use periodic batch synchronisation (for very high volumes), the interval is tuned to your needs, normally between 5 and 15 minutes.
The integration is no obstacle to that — in fact it makes migration easier, because the data is already synced and mapped between both systems when the time comes to choose which one you keep.
